1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using Euro Funeral Transport, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. NATURE OF SERVICE
The Platform exclusively facilitates connection between authorized funeral operators.
The Platform does NOT provide funeral services, does NOT perform transport, and is NOT a party to the contract between users.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND WARRANTIES
Operators declare under their own responsibility that they:
- hold all necessary legal authorizations
- comply with applicable national and international legislation
- own vehicles certified for funeral transport
- have qualified personnel
The Platform may request supporting documents and may suspend accounts without prior notice.
4. DOCUMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Operators are fully responsible for:
- mortuary passport
- health certificates
- consular documents
- customs authorizations
- any other documents required by authorities
The Platform does not verify the authenticity of documents and is not liable for their absence or invalidity.
5. COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENTS
The Platform may charge:
- percentage commission
- fixed fee per request
- monthly/annual subscription
Non-payment of amounts due may result in immediate account suspension.
6. ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION CLAUSE
Users may not bypass the Platform for direct transactions for 12 months.
Violation results in contractual penalties equal to double the standard commission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Platform is not responsible for:
- border delays
- authority refusals
- documentation errors
- material damages
- indirect financial losses
- moral damages
- force majeure cases
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the commission received.
8. PLATFORM INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify the Platform for any claims, fines, or litigation arising from their activities.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
The Platform is not liable for external events such as:
- pandemics
- legislative changes
- armed conflicts
- health restrictions
- border closures
10. SUSPENSION AND RESTRICTION
The Platform may suspend or close accounts unilaterally, without prior notice.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained through the Platform.
12. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Platform, users agree to receive commercial communications, including:
- offers and promotions
- service news
- partner information
- newsletters
Users may opt out of receiving these communications at any time through account settings or the unsubscribe link in each message.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This document is governed by Romanian law.
Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
